DRYWALL ACCESSORY INSTALLATION TIPS

PVC is easy to work with. You can cut it with snips, hack saws, or power saws. (Use

a fine tooth blade such as a plywood blade, reverse the blade so you friction cut).

On special occasions, you can splice or miter such large items as our fast caps and

super giant L beads with PVC cement, which is available at any hardware store.

Simply glue a scrap piece to the underside.

All of our accessories can be nailed with flat head nails or you can use the Duo-Fast

Stapler with 1/2" staples.

We recommend using a spray type contact cement when installing all of our archway

comer beads (simply spray then push each tab down before mudding, staples may

also be used in conjunction with the contact cement)
CAUTION !!! Do not use regular drywall screws when securing the bead to the drywall.
PVC products may be painted. (Many of our products are already primed with a

vinyl alkyd textured coating)
